## Current Public Model

Oktavia uses a simple B2B pricing model:

- Platform base: 28 EUR per month.
- Active worker: 5.99 EUR per active worker per month.
- Annual platform option: 280 EUR per year.
- Included storage: 50 GB.
- Storage add-on: +100 GB for 9 EUR per month.

The annual platform option is equivalent to 10 monthly platform payments. Active workers remain flexible and are calculated monthly.

## Active Worker Definition

An active worker is an operational employee with enabled account access, live documentation or time tracking enabled.

Oktavia does not intend to charge for:

- admins,
- HR users,
- managers,
- owners,
- archived former workers.

The pricing model is designed so companies pay for the operational workforce, not for administrative users.
