Oktavia onboarding exists because configuring labor operations correctly is valuable work. The goal is to leave the company ready to operate, not only to create an empty account.

## Public Plans

### Starter

Price: 99 EUR.

Designed for a small company that needs the essentials configured.

Includes:

- company setup,
- up to 10 workers,
- basic centers and roles,
- one online session.

### Professional

Price: 299 EUR.

Designed for companies that need data import, documents and operational rules.

Includes:

- up to 50 workers,
- initial import,
- documentation and time tracking setup,
- basic workflows.

### Chain / Multi-Site

Price: from 599 EUR.

Designed for groups, advisory firms, multi-company structures or migrations.

Includes:

- multi-site configuration,
- multi-company configuration,
- migration from another system,
- implementation support.

For larger multi-site cases, delivery by the next morning may not include every final center detail. Oktavia can prepare the operational matrix and core group guidelines first, then finish center and workforce adjustments as soon as possible.

## Information Requested From The Customer

Oktavia asks customers to classify implementation information before upload:

- company and fiscal data,
- legal entities,
- centers and addresses,
- calendars and opening hours,
- workers and roles,
- documents and document types,
- time tracking rules,
- planning needs,
- integrations.

## Expected Outcome

At the end of onboarding, the account should contain enough real operational data to start using Oktavia with workers, centers, documents, calendars, time tracking and planning foundations.
