## Purpose

Use this template for weekly and monthly agency reporting.

The report must connect activity to business outcomes. It must not only report impressions or posts published.

## Required Attachments

Attach:

- campaign URLs with UTMs,
- creative previews,

- exported lead report or CRM notes,
- analytics screenshots only when they support a decision.

## Reporting Rules

Reports must:

- use Oktavia UTM policy,
- separate leads from qualified leads,
- show landing page performance,
- include decision recommendations,
- document what changed since last report.

Reports must not:

- hide performance behind vanity metrics,
- mix campaigns without source/medium/campaign,
- report only platform metrics without Oktavia conversion events,
- make strategic changes without documenting the reason.
